What do I do if there is an error with my shipment

 

Please contact Safra Judaica immediately at (718) 268-5151 to achieve the appropriate resolution. Safra Judaica consultants verify the address of every caller who places an order; however, we are unable to verify a shipping address of an order placed on the internet. Please double check your order to make sure that you entered the correct products, shipping address, and credit card information prior to placing your order.

If a package is shipped to the wrong destination and it is our error, we will contact the service provider and pay to have the package shipped to the appropriate location. We will notify the customer of any additional action that may be needed to resolve the shipping error.

 

If the error is on the customer's part, the customer must make their own arrangements to ship the package back to Safra Judaica to receive credit. We recommend using UPS or one of their affiliate stores, FedEx or one of their affiliate stores, the United States Postal Service or any other store that can facilitate shipping your package back to us. If UPS has delivered the shipment inaccurately, Safra Judaica will make the arrangements to enable the customer to have it returned to Safra Judaica without any additional charge to the customer.

 

If a package arrives damaged to the customer, Safra Judaica must be notified within seven (7) business days of purchase. If notification is not given within seven (7) days, Safra Judaica reserves the right to not place a claim with the shipping agent or send a replacement package to the recipient.

Terms & Pricing Policy

Completing your sales transaction means you agree to these terms. Prices may change at any time. Generally, we will honor the price listed on the website unless it is a large error which would financially hurt our business. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time with or without notice to its users.

Return Policy

Safra Judaica allows returns within 7 days and exchanges up to 30 days of receipt with original sales receipt. All RETURNS and or EXCHANGES must be arranged by calling Safra Judaica at (718)268-5151. Seasonal (Chanuka, Passover, High Holiday), STAM (Tefillin, Mezuza, Torah and Megilla), and any product that has been personalized in any way cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Personalization would be embroidery, engraving, and any special order or special size.

 

Free Shipping 

Safra Judaica at times offers free ground shipping as a service to our customers, however there are some limitations that we need to put into place.  The free shipping most times will have a requirement to purchase a certain amount  to enable free shipping, that amount will be published. There is however a limit in the weight of 75 pounds to this offer and will always be enforced.
