This book contains quotations from the teachings of Rebbe Nachman, as they appear in his works and in the writings of his student, Reb Noson of Breslov.

The book began as daily emails that received warm and heartfelt responses from readers. They have now been gathered into a single volume and carefully arranged according to the Hebrew calendar, presented with love to all of Am Yisrael.
